While knives are our specialty, we are equally passionate about pasta making and have partnered with Chef Ross Munro to offer a 3-part workshop.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eChef Ross Munro is a 35 year culinary veteran who is passionate about pasta and Italian food. His career has taken him all across Canada, the United States, Asia and beyond. We are super excited to host him for this interactive \u0026amp; delicious workshop.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e1st Class: Discover the art of creating homemade pasta dough, laminating pasta, and cutting a variety of shapes and styles.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e2nd Class: Explore unique shapes and filled pastas.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e3rd Class: Delve into the world of stuffed pastas and learn how to pair them with flavorful pan sauces. Chef Ross will also showcase the use of different pasta tools and provide tips on proper usage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach class includes homemade pasta and instructional materials for participants to take home.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSign up for individual classes for $75 or all 3 classes for $195.
