We are thrilled to announce our inaugural pasta workshop at The Cooks Edge. While knives are our specialty, we are equally passionate about pasta making and have partnered with Chef Ross Munro to offer a 3-part workshop.
Chef Ross Munro is a 35 year culinary veteran who is passionate about pasta and Italian food. His career has taken him all across Canada, the United States, Asia and beyond. We are super excited to host him for this interactive & delicious workshop.
1st Class: Discover the art of creating homemade pasta dough, laminating pasta, and cutting a variety of shapes and styles.
2nd Class: Explore unique shapes and filled pastas.
3rd Class: Delve into the world of stuffed pastas and learn how to pair them with flavorful pan sauces. Chef Ross will also showcase the use of different pasta tools and provide tips on proper usage.
Each class includes homemade pasta and instructional materials for participants to take home.
Sign up for individual classes for $75 or all 3 classes for $195. Limited to 8 seats per class. Please bring an apron.
